Terms and conditions

These terms apply to everything you buy from this site.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we dispatch it, not when you place it. If we cannot accept an order — the item is out of stock, the price was listed wrongly, or we cannot deliver to your address — we will tell you and refund you in full.

Pricing

All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. We try hard to price accurately. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you before dispatching and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Colour and appearance

We photograph garments in daylight and edit as little as possible. Screens vary, and a colour may look slightly different on your display than in your hand. That difference alone is a valid reason for a return under our returns policy.

Stock

Stock counts update as orders are placed, but two people can reach the last piece at the same time. If that happens we will tell you quickly and refund you in full.

Coupons

One coupon per order unless stated otherwise. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash, and we may withdraw one at any time. Where a coupon changes your return rights, that is stated on the coupon.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
